The Human Resources Department ensures
the continuous development and
professional evolvement of all people
working for TEXNOKAT Group not only
through the application of right
programs, policies and procedures, but
also through a wide range of training
activities.
The
company,
regardless of the earlier work
experience of its newly
recruited employees and partners,
provides an induction-orientation
program in order to meet the colleagues;
to impart the goals,
the vision and the culture of TEXNOKAT
Group;
to contact and meet all different
departments in the company; to learn
about the products of the company, the
procedures and even the requirements of
the specific job post that will be
covered. |

Great emphasis and significance is given
in the continuous employee training,
which results in fast developments in
the company in general, and in personal
evolvement and progress for our people
in particular. When training needs
arise, identified at a first stage by
the line managers, the two-way relation
that exists between the HR Department
and the employees helps cover the
necessity for training and education, in
cooperation with accredited and famous
corporations and entities in Greece and
abroad as well as with internal seminars
and galas. |
Development
|
Every December we conduct the appraisal
procedure for the evaluation of the
performance of the employees in TEXNOKAT
Group.
This
appraisal is based in specific and
predetermined performance criteria for
the three categories of our employees,
which are the executives, the workers
and the service-assembly crews. These
criteria provide a performance
assessment for the past year regarding
the knowledge and skills, the
achievement of the job’s goals, the will
for further professional and personal
improvement, the interpersonal
relationships, the teamwork and morals
of the person.
Following
the assessment, a report is composed,
which is carefully evaluated by the
Direction and Administration of the
TEXNOKAT Group together with the HR
Department aiming at tracking
weaknesses; professional evolvement;
needs for training, education, and
departmental reorganization;
readjustment and delegation of
authorities or even job rotation.

Finally, based on the whole framework of
training and development the Human
Resources Department ensures that
team spirit
pride for and commitment to the company
confidence towards the Administration
are
encouraged, preserved and further
cultivated. The HR Department has as a
strategy to conduct a proper talent
management policy, targeting at having
the right person to the right job and to
add value to the company by giving it a
competitive advantage, keeping at the
same time our people contented in the
Best Working Environment. |
