With their professionalism, team spirit, morals, creativity and qualitative work realized the vision of TEXNOKAT, which is now being distinguished even under conditions of heavy competition, as the most dynamic and innovative company in the industry adding to it diachronic value. 

The company over the last few years of its operations has increased the number of its people by 37.50% until May 2007, following the rapid developments and evolution trends that is dictated by the competitive environment of the industry.

 

Our people are young, creative and skillful;  but at the same time they are competent, having above average standards of expertise and experience to offer the most qualitative and innovative products to our clients.  The average age of our executives is 37 years; of our workers 39 years and our service crews is 37 years

Aiming at recruiting and employing people with knowledge, creativity, skills and expertise to be able to stay competitive, we seek high educational background especially in our executives.  Among them 10% own Postgraduate Degrees and Masters in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources.  In addition, 37% of them are certificated with Bachelor and Honor degrees.
